Donating to the Memorial Hall

As we start to use the new building from April 2016, we know that there are still a few internal items that we have not been able to afford and which will make the hall more comfortable and usable. If you feel that you can donate to this project, please contact us. This can be in the form of a financial pledge, a donation or a regular contribution. If you are a UK tax payer, the donation can be ‘Gift Aided’.

March 2016 Update

Village support for Hall croppedIn 2014, the centenary of the start of the Great War, we launched our local fundraising appeal for the New Hall Project.

Well, we have done it! The villages and Parish Councils have pulled together we have raised an incredible £316,000 to add to the £126,000 building fund that we had built up and set aside over many, many years.

The project total has come to approximately £442,000 (including build costs, fees, & VAT) across all of the phases.
