Please include your name, address and telephone number on your email, together with the date and type of event that you wish to book the hall for.

All hirers will need to print, sign and return the Standard Conditions of Hire which are available here: NEW conditions of hire
All hirers will need to print, sign and return a copy of the Safety Rules which are available here.
We are a no smoking venue.  All children must be supervised.

VILLAGE RESIDENTS Per Hour
Main Hall & Kitchen £20.00
Function / Meeting Room & Kitchen £15.00
Fund raising event (total cost) £30.00
Late fee until midnight £15.00
NON RESIDENTS 
Main Hall & Kitchen £25.00
Function / Meeting Room & Kitchen £20.00
Late fee until midnight £15.00

If you require a staffed bar at your event, this can be provided (subject to availability) for £100 including the licence fee. Please enquire when you book.

There is a Regular User Rate available for community groups in the Wilbrahams’ and Six Mile Bottom. Please contact the Booking Secretary if you interested in starting up a new group.
